Founded in Gaziantep in 1970 by Mahmut Saruhan, Madisan Makine was born with a milestone in the city's industrial history. The venture that started by bringing the first gear milling machine to Gaziantep has grown into a strong engineering brand serving the global market.
This journey, now in its third generation, is a combination of experience, vision and determination. The capability that began with one machine expanded with workshop knowledge handed down from generation to generation; heat treatment, grinding and metrology were added alongside machining.
Madisan operates in precision CNC machining, gear and gearbox manufacturing and industrial pump solutions. Thanks to custom production capability, reverse engineering strength and high quality standards, it is a strong solution partner especially in the defence, automotive and heavy industries.

R&D Innovation Team
A team working one step ahead of production
Madisan's R&D Innovation Team sits outside day-to-day production: without disrupting today, it researches tomorrow's manufacturing methods.
Reverse engineering
We take measurements from your sample part and create the production file. Parts that are out of supply or dependent on imports become manufacturable again.
Manufacturability review
When a drawing arrives we separate the areas where tolerance is genuinely needed from those that only raise cost. On most projects this feedback lowers the unit price.
Material and heat treatment
We run machinability and hardening trials on high-strength steels and special alloys. The right material choice directly determines how long the part survives in the field.
Process improvement
Every recurring problem from the field becomes a research topic; trials are verified by measurement and the verified method is written into the standard work instruction.
We reflect requested prototype changes back into production in short cycles and carry the approved design into serial manufacturing with the very same production file.
