Our Moulds and Dies solutions

A die is the single part that directly determines the quality of a production line: every deviation in the die repeats in every product it makes. That is why measurement and verification matter as much as machining in die manufacturing.

For press dies, pattern moulds and extrusion dies we run design, machining, heat treatment and surface finishing in-house. Dimensional changes caused by hardening are accounted for from the start; the tool is brought to its final size by grinding.

We also offer overhaul and reproduction of worn or damaged tooling. Even without a technical drawing, a production file can be created from the existing tool by reverse engineering.
