Our Pumps solutions
Pump production is a natural extension of our gear capability: what determines the efficiency of a gear pump is how precisely the rotor pair fits itself and the housing. The tolerance discipline we achieve in gears is carried into pump housing and rotor manufacturing.
Material and sealing solutions are selected together for operating conditions ranging from viscous fluids to abrasive process liquids. Where needed, a spare part for an existing pump is reproduced by reverse engineering, shortening line downtime.
Besides complete pump manufacturing, we also offer overhaul: renewing only the worn components (rotor, shaft, bushing, housing) of a running system.
