Gears

Madisan Makine's story began with a single gear milling machine, and gear production is still at the heart of the business. We manufacture spur, helical, bevel, worm and planetary groups, either from the customer's drawing or by reverse engineering an existing part.

Gear cutting, grinding and heat treatment are managed under one roof. That keeps the tolerance chain in one pair of hands: the distortion created by hardening is planned for from the start by allowing for the grinding stock, and the final tooth profile comes out in the intended quality grade.

Before shipment every gear set is checked for tooth profile, pitch deviation and runout. Results are reported batch by batch, so the behaviour of the part in the field is predictable before it is even assembled.
