Our Precision Machining solutions
Precision machining is where parts that do not fit a standard catalogue are produced: cam profiles, variable-pitch augers, drive mechanisms. On such parts the geometry is often defined by an equation and translated directly into a tool path in CAM.
Our multi-axis capability lets a part be finished in a single setup. Because every new setup is a source of tolerance error, reducing the number of setups is a direct gain in accuracy.
When working with R&D and product development teams, revision speed is decisive. We reflect requested prototype changes back into production in short cycles and carry the approved design into serial manufacturing with the very same production file.
